Here is a picture of two beautiful ladies, and recent new labels I have noticed.
Don’t say skinny people are ‘unrealistic’. That is the worst feeling, when someone looks at mannequins and says ‘That’s not a normal body, how terrible.’ Because guess what, that makes people with that body feel like CRAP (I do have a mannequin body, I wont say I have the ‘right’ body type all!) Don`t say they are only pretty because they are skinny. Don’t say ‘you can’t post that picture of you at the beach because you might trigger some one.’ Don’t say anything that would make a thin person feel bad, just like you wouldn’t to an overweight person. (And if you do, you’re a sad sick human being)
Skinny shaming is REAL. Fat shaming is REAL. All body types are realistic and beautiful. If you`re dying from your body, that doesn’t make you ugly (Although it is very sad when someone gets to this point on either side of the scale). It makes you unhealthy. BIG difference. Don’t SHAME people for their bodies.
AND just so there are no misunderstandings, I am not saying either or is worse. I am not saying that Fat shamming is not as big of deal as Skinny shamming. This is simply my opinion on Skinny shamming because recently in the mall I was put down for my small body.
